Tomorrow, our partner Camila Tapias is taking part in the launch event for two books of which she is a co-author: “Dual VAT: Non-Cumulativeness Posed in EC n. 132/2023” and “Succession and Estate Planning”, both by MP Editora.
In the first, she published an article alongside Lis Aguileira entitled “Dual VAT: non-cumulativeness in EC n. 132/2023”.
In the second book, Camila is the coordinator and also the author of the article “Taxation of foreign exchange variation of investments abroad in the light of the new Law 14.754/2023 245”, written in partnership with Jaime de Araújo Granja.
The event takes place at the XXII APET Tax Law Symposium, held at the Mercure Hotel in São Paulo. Camila and our partner Ana Cláudia Utumi are taking part in the Symposium as speakers.
