On December 12, the book “Direito Empresarial – IBRADEMP 20 anos” (Business Law – IBRADEMP 20 years), published by Quartier Latin, will be launched, with our partner Camila Tapias as co-author.
The collective work is part of the celebrations for the 20th anniversary of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law (IBRADEMP).
Camila, who is a member of IBRADEMP’s tax committee, is co-author, along with Diego Miguita and Thiago Braichi, of the article “Constitutional Amendment 132/23 and consumer tax reform”.
The book is coordinated by André Antunes Soares de Camargo, Henrique Barbosa and José Virgílio Lopes Enei. The foreword was written by José Alexandre Tavares Guerreiro.
The event takes place at Meet & Eat – Rooftop, in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo (SP).
