Today, August 8, our partner Ana Cláudia Utumi is teaching an open class on consumption as part of the Tax Reform course organized by the Brazilian Association of Financial Law (ABDF).
Ana will discuss the constitutional and legal framework of the IBS and the CBS alongside professors Gustavo Brigagão and Everardo de Almeida Maciel.
Our partner will also teach Lecture 8 on September 30 on the taxation of services, together with professors Carlos Navarro and Salvador Câdido Brandão Junior. On November 18, our partner Camila Tapias will teach a lecture on administrative litigation related to the IBS and CBS, alongside Ana Claudia Borges de Oliveira and Diego Diniz Ribeiro.
The “2026 Tax Reform” course focuses on Brazil’s new tax framework and its practical application. It takes place online and live from September 8 to December 2, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., on Mondays and Wednesdays (except today).
