On June 27, our partners Ana Cláudia Utumi and Camila Tapias are taking part in the XXIII Congress of Tax Law in Question, organized by the Fundação Escola Superior de Direito Tributário (FESDT).

Ana Claudia discusses the exclusion of the presumed ICMS credit from the IRPJ/CSLL calculation basis after Law 14.789/24, Income Tax and integration between PJ and PF and dividend rates and taxation, with Ariane Guimarães and Claudia Lucia Pimentel.

Camila talks about taxes on assets (ITBI calculation basis and market value in the incorporation of real estate into the company’s share capital; materiality of ITCMD after Tax Reform; incidence of ITBI and IBS on the sale of real estate and taxation on areas granted for public services). Claudio Tessari, Cristiane da Costa Nery and Eduardo Tedesco will take part in the panel.
