Our partner Ana Cláudia  Utumi participates in the next “ABDF 2023 – VII International Congress of Tax Law of Rio de Janeiro”, held by the Brazilian Association of Financial Law and which takes place from August 15 to 17, at the Rio Othon Palace Copacabana, in Rio de Janeiro.

On August 17, Ana will speak in a panel on taxation of investments abroad of residents in Brazil, alongside Bruno Peixoto, Gustavo Lian Haddad and Priscila Stela Mariano da Silva. Antenori Trevisan Neto is the chairman of the panel.

In addition, on 16/8, Ana Cláudia Utumi and Camila Abrunhosa Tapias make up the WIN Brasil – Women of IFA Network Plenary, where women leaders in the sector share their experiences, knowledge and perspectives on the role of women in tax law.

The Congress will have as its general theme legal certainty, litigiousness and competitiveness.
