Our partner Ana Cláudia Utumi is taking part in the Brazil Tax Conference, organized by Exchange Ideias and supported by Rolim Goulart Cardoso Advogados, on September 29th at 3.45pm.

Ana will be speaking on a panel discussing tax planning and the BEPS project. The panel also includes Dr. Beat Baumgartner (Switzerland) and Marco Antonio Ruiz (Mexico). Frederico Fonseca (Brazil) chairs the panel.

The Brazil Tax Conference 2023 aims to discuss the most recent changes in Brazilian tax legislation, from both a domestic and international perspective, including an analysis of comparative law in selected jurisdictions. In addition, practical case studies will be presented addressing tax planning in inbound and outbound scenarios for several selected jurisdictions, such as Mexico, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
