On February 3, our partner Ana Cláudia Utumi took part in the I Encuentro IFA WIN España y IFA WIN LATAM, which took place at the Instituto de Estudios Fiscales del Ministerio de la Hacienda de España in Madrid.
This was the first meeting between IFA WIN Spain and IFA WIN LATAM organized by the Instituto de Estudios Fiscales and the Asociación Española de Derecho Financiero, in collaboration with IFA WIN LATAM (Asociación Fiscal Internacional (IFA) – Women of IFA Network (WIN) Latin America). The central theme of the event was “Legal certainty in conflict prevention and resolution: keys and current challenges” and brought together representatives from Latin America and Spain.
Ana was part of the panel that discussed transfer pricing and mutual agreement procedures in practice. The panel was coordinated by Fernando Serrano (Spain) and included Astrid Carolina Schudeck (Chile), Teresa Quiñones (Mexico/Spain) and Carlos Serrano (Spain).
