Our partner Ana Cláudia Utumi was interviewed on the Tribcontcast podcast about the limits of tax planning.

Ana had the opportunity to talk about tax planning, international influences on Brazilian tax planning, the constitutionality of LC 104/2001, the lack of a Brazilian anti-tax rule, tax morality, the evolution of tax planning abroad (post-OECD BEPS Plan), the understanding of the Brazilian judiciary and CARF, among other subjects. 

She also spoke about the Women of IFA Network (WIN), of which she is chair, and the Women in Taxation project, where she is scientific coordinator.
