On November 12 and 13, our partner Ana Cláudia Utumi will participate in the 15th Colombian Congress on International Taxation, organized by IFA Colombia.
On the first day, Ana will speak on the panel “A Decade of BEPS: Revolution or Evolution of the International Tax System (WIN Panel),” discussing the successes, challenges, and future of BEPS, the digital economy, the global minimum tax, and international cooperation. Michell Visbal, Andrea Laura Riccardi, Diana Mercedes Calderon, and Mónica Reyes will join her in the discussion.
On the 13th, Ana will participate in the roundtable “Taxation in the Digital Age: New Links and Attribution Rules.” She will analyze new taxation models and the challenges posed by digital platforms, with a special focus on alternatives that could impact Colombia, alongside Juan Sebastian Torrez, Daniela Lavin, and Ciro Meza.
The program is designed to address the main challenges of international taxation from different perspectives and with the participation of renowned experts.
The event will take place in person at Club El Nogal in Bogotá, Colombia.
