Our partners Ana Cláudia Utumi and Camila Abrunhosa Tapias published an article in JOTA, co-authored with Roberta Vieira Gemente, entitled “Tax reform, GT 12 and the administrative litigation of IBS and CBS”.
In the text, they briefly consider the suggestions for CBS and IBS administrative litigation, considering the premises of tax identity, simplification, legal certainty and improving the business environment.

“Seeking to contribute to the debates on the formatting of new legal rules, the Women in Taxation project (of which the authors are members) has taken on the coordination of some study groups (GT) on the standardization of CBS and IBS created by the Parliamentary Entrepreneurship Front (FPE) and the United Brazil Institute (IUB),” they say in the article.
