On November 21, at 10 a.m., there will be another meeting of the Business Taxation Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law (Ibrademp), of which our partner Camila Tapias is the coordinator.

The subject of the debate will be corporate reorganizations and their controversial issues.

The panel will include Andrea Bazzo (Mattos Filho Advogados), Luis Henrique Toselli (Full Counsel | CARF) and Thiago Braichi (Freitas Ferraz Advogados). As well as Camila, Bruna Ferrari (Lobo de Rizzo Advogados) and Diego Miguita (VBSO Advogados) are coordinating.

The meeting will be held via Zoom and is exclusive to Full Members of Ibrademp’s Corporate Taxation Committee.
