Our partner Camila Abrunhosa Tapias is a co-author of the e-book “Administrative and Judicial Proceedings and Tax Enforcement in the XXIst Century – Volume II”, published by Max Lemonad Publishing House. The e-book is the result of a working group formed within the Tax Studies Center of Fundação Getulio Vargas Law School in São Paulo (part of the “Macrovision of the Tax Credit” research line).

Our partner contributed an article entitled “Ação Rescisória: Um olhar sobre a Súmula 343 do STF. The controversy regarding Theme 136”.

This collective work presents the texts produced and published in JOTA during the second half of 2021. The book was coordinated academically by Paulo Conrado and had the executive coordination of Daniel de Paiva Gomes.
