Our partner Camila Tapias is teaching the extension course Tax Reform IBS/CBS in CF/88 and Complementary Law – 13/03/2025, held by the São Paulo Association of Tax Studies (APET).

Camila is teaching the last class of the course alongside Luiz Roberto Peroba, on the subject of ex-officio assessment and the administrative process.

The course offers an in-depth understanding of the changes brought about by Constitutional Amendment No. 132/23, focusing on the central issues of Complementary Bills No. 68 and 108. 

Over the course of 14 lessons, it explores the characteristics of IBS and CBS, international experiences, comparisons with the current regime, practical analysis of the impacts and the transition to the new tax system, while also addressing the provisions of the PLPs relating to the implementation and management of these taxes.
