Our partner Camila Tapias is taking part in the ITCMD and the disproportionate distribution of dividends: current discussion and perspectives with the Tax Reform webinar, promoted by the National Association of Executives (Anefac).

The debate will be moderated by Maurício Barros (Anefac), Ednei Ferrari (Anefac) and Jefferson Valentin (Fibrafite).

The webinar aims to address the incidence of ITCMD on the disproportionate distribution of dividends, which has caused several debates in the context of tax reform, considering the inclusion of a specific provision for this incidence in PLP 108/2024.

Although the discussion is not new, given the decisions of the TIT/SP and TJ/SP on the subject, the inclusion of a specific legal provision regulating the incidence tends to reignite debates and lead taxpayers to be more cautious in their business.
