On December 3, our partner Camila Tapias participated in the extraordinary meeting of the Tax Reform Study Group of the Brazilian Bar Association of São Paulo (OAB/SP). 

The meeting was attended by Daniel Loria, former Director of the Special Secretariat for Tax Reform at the Ministry of Finance, who spoke about the resumption of dividend taxation and the institution of the Minimum Income Tax (IRPF-Mínimo), implemented by the new Law 15,270/25.  

Camila moderated the debate, which promoted reflections to understand the immediate, practical, and strategic impacts of these changes on individuals, entrepreneurs, professionals, and the entire legal community.
