Our lawyers Ilse Salazar Andriotti and Leonardo da Rocha Sá published an article in JOTA entitled “PGFN Ordinance 95/25 is positive, but still has gaps”.

In the text, they analyze the regulation of the waiver of judicial guarantees and point out that, although it represents progress, the rule still lacks more precise definitions. 

In their view, issues such as the criteria for granting it and the extent of its applicability create uncertainties that can compromise taxpayers’ legal certainty.
