The extension course “Taxation in Corporate Reorganizations”, held by the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT), starts today, March 22. Our partner Ana Cláudia Utumi will be a lecturer in the course.
Bruno Fajersztajn, Ramon Tomazela Santos, Alexandre Evaristo Pinto, and Heron Charneski are the coordinators of the course, which will be held in 12 meetings, with live online transmission in interactive mode.
Classes will be held weekly on Wednesdays, from 7pm to 9pm, for a total of 24 hours.
