As researchers of the Project Macroview of Taxation, Ana Claudia Utumi and Camila Tapias attended an event to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Department of Tax Studies of the FGV Law School, on March 29th.

In the event, which had the participation of the President of the Brazilian Supreme Court of Justice, Mr. Dias Toffoli, Utumi Lawyers’ partners presented the General Anti-Avoidance Law Proposal, which proposes the regulation of tax planning in Brazil.
