On May 20th, our partner Ana Cláudia Utumi will take part in the “VI International Congress on Tax Law in Rio de Janeiro”, in honor of Justice Regina Helena Costa, and held by the Brazilian Association of Financial Law – ABDF.
Ana will participate in the panel “The principle of contributive capacity and taxation on assets and income”, chaired by Carlos Henrique Bechara. Besides them, Edvaldo Brito, Eurico De Santi and Roberto Duque Estrada will compose the panel.
This year’s event, which will take place between May 18 and 20, will have Legal Security, Stability, Integrity, and Coherence as its theme. There will be 6 in-person plenary sessions (at the Rio Othon Palace – RJ) with online broadcasting and 24 panels exclusively online.
