Our partners Ana Cláudia Utumi and Camila Tapias are taking part on March 20 in the event “Bills on Tax Procedure and Tax Administrative Procedure – suggestions to the Federal Senate”, held in partnership by the São Paulo Lawyers Association (AASP) and the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP).
Camila is debating at table 1, which discusses the proposed changes to the Bill on the Taxpayer Defense Code and the Tax Consultation Process. Karem Dias and Leonardo Branco are the rapporteurs. Mary Elbe Queiroz, Liziane Meira and Eduardo Perez Salusse are the debaters.
Ana is part of table 4, alongside Paulo Ayres Barreto, Gustavo Brigagão and Lina Santin Cooke. Mário Costa and Susy Hoffmann are the rapporteurs and the topic of debate is the proposed changes to the CTN (part 3): “general rules of the tax administrative process” and “simplification of ancillary obligations”.
Minister of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) Regina Helena Costa will open the event, which will take place on March 20 and 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., in a hybrid format.
