The publication brings the tax panorama of 20 countries, presented in chapters with questions and answers written by partners of some of the most prominent offices in the tax area such as Sidley Austin LLP (England), Walder Wyss Ltd. (Switzerland), Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu (Japan), BMR Legal Advocates (India), Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP (USA), among others.
