Our partner Camila Tapias is teaching the course “Tax and Regulatory Aspects of the Third Sector (Analysis of Complementary Law 187/2021)”, promoted by the São Paulo Association of Tax Studies (APET) and taking place between June 17 and July 5.
Camila is lecturing alongside Renato Nunes on controversial issues related to the third sector.
The course deals with the issues essential to a proper understanding of the legal regime to which charitable organizations are subject in terms of their recognition as such and the tax immunities they enjoy. Classes are held online and live.
