Our partner Camila Tapias published an article in JOTA entitled “IBS supervision and administrative litigation in light of PLP 108”.
In the text, she talks about the need to reconsider the entire proposal for structuring the supervision and resolution of administrative disputes of both IBS (PLP 108) and CBS (PLP 68).
In her opinion, it is essential to create a model that includes the centralization of these activities for the new taxes, otherwise the objectives of legal certainty, simplicity and efficiency of our consumer tax reform will be compromised.
