AMCHAM’s Arbitration and Mediation Center and the Brazilian Institute of Tax Arbitration and Transactions (IBATT) will host a panel discussion on tax arbitration and the bills before the Senate on October 20 at 5:30 p.m. during São Paulo Arbitration Week (#SPAW).
Our partner Camila Tapias will be one of the panelists, along with Roberto Pasqualin, Andréa Mascitto and Marcelo R. Escobar. The meeting will be opened by the Chairman of the Advisory Board of AMCHAM’s Arbitration and Mediation Center, Dr. Luciano de Souza Godoy.
The speakers, specialists in Commercial Arbitration and Tax Litigation, will debate the main aspects of the implementation of Tax Arbitration by law in Brazil.
