Tomorrow, 12/12, our partner Ana Cláudia Utumi is taking part in the seminar “The importance of Interest on Equity (JCP) for business in Brazil”, organized by O Globo, Valor Econômico and CBN.
Ana will speak on panel 3, at 10:30 a.m., which discusses the international experience. The panel includes Heleno Torres, a professor at the University of São Paulo (USP) and Ricardo Soriano, a lawyer and former Attorney General of the National Treasury.
At the event, experts, authorities, representatives of organizations and the main sectors of the economy will debate the role of JCP, the risks of its extinction and alternatives to help stimulate the country’s economic growth.
