Ana Cláudia Akie Utumi is a founding partner of Utumi Advogados, with nearly 35 years of experience in tax law, 17 of which she spent as Head of the Tax Practice at one of Brazil’s largest full-service law firms. She practices in the areas of tax consulting and litigation, advising business families and domestic and multinational companies across a wide range of sectors on Brazilian and international tax matters.

Partner Camila Tapias has been practicing in the tax law field since 2001, with extensive experience in federal, state, and municipal tax litigation—both in administrative and judicial proceedings—advising domestic and international clients across a wide range of industries, including individuals and family-owned businesses. She worked for 17 years at one of the largest full-service law firms in the country, where she became a partner in 2013.

Pedro Paulo Bresciani practices in the area of tax consulting and planning, focusing on advising individuals and corporations on domestic and international matters. He also has experience in administrative and judicial litigation. He has previously worked at leading boutique law firms and full-service law firms. He has completed postgraduate programs in Brazil and Spain.
