Our partner Camila Tapias and our lawyer Ilse Andriotti are taking part today (25/10) in the Reflections on Tax Reform seminar, which discusses the changes in taxation rules and their transformative effects on our economy.

The event will also see the launch of the book “Reflexões sobre a Reforma Tributária – Emenda Constitucional nº 132/2023”, published by Rideel and coordinated by Fernanda Nogueira.

Camila and Ilse Salazar are co-authors of the book, having published the article “EC 132 and the New Constitutional Tax Principles”.

The book addresses the main issues brought about by the Reform and includes considerations on the impacts for specific sectors, such as infrastructure, telecommunications, financial and capital markets, including issues relating to virtual assets.

The event takes place at the IBMEC São Paulo Auditorium, from 9am to 7pm.
