Our partner Ana Cláudia Utumi will participate, on April 20th, in the 6th Annual Conference, held by the Brazilian Legal Society (BLS) of New York University School of Law, whose theme of discussion will be the legal and economic perspectives of Brazil in the next four years.

Ana will be part of the first panel called “The settlement of cross- border tax disputes in non-tax international agreements”. 

Besides Ana, other speakers will be Pasquale Pistone (Academic Chairman of IBFD (The Netherlands), Full Professor of Tax Law at the University of Salerno (Italy), Global Professor of Law at NYU.) and Riyaz Dattu, Canada Legal Practice Leader at ArentFox Schiff LLP. David Rosenbloom, Director of the International Tax Program at NYU, Member of Caplin & Drysdale, will moderate the panel.
