Our partner Camila Tapias is the coordinator and lecturer of the extension course on Succession and Estate Planning: Family, Succession and Taxation, run by the São Paulo Association of Tax Studies (APET). 

Camila will be teaching about real estate transfer tax (ITBI), presenting its general rules, the nature of assets incorporated into capital, STF Theme 796 (capitalization of real estate into company capital) and the calculation basis – STJ Theme 1.113.

The course proposes a hybrid approach, dealing with concepts and interpretation of civil, corporate and tax law, seeking to delve deeper into the taxation of succession and estate planning.

Classes start on April 22 and last until May 23, always on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 7pm to 10pm.
