On April 3, our partner Camila Tapias took part in another meeting of the Business Taxation Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law (Ibrademp), of which she is the coordinator.

Ana Carolina Monguilod, Bruna Ferrari, Camila Bacellar, Fernando Moura and Thaís Rodrigues took part in the virtual event exclusively for full members of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law. Also present were Flávia Cavalcanti, Frederico Bastos and Thiago Braichi, coordinators of the Commission alongside Camila.

The guests discussed the tax aspects of corporate restructuring.
