Based on female leadership since its foundation, this recognition reinforces our firm’s commitment and values related to the protagonism of women.

The recognition, published by CESA – the Center for Studies of Law Firms, analyzed 114 Brazilian law firms. Among the criteria used to award the seal, were considered aspects such as the presence of women in the corporate structure and legal staff of the firms, public commitments to gender equality, and investments in diversity and inclusion.
